You can access the tools mentioned in the Aon trustee hub, and below are links to the ones we mention in the video.
Digital Resilience and Wellbeing with Linklaters
Are you addicted to your smartphone? Do you find you struggle to pay attention when your phone pings you with notifications? Has your screen usage shot higher than your carb intake since lockdown? In an age where the majority of us have multiple electronic devices (both work and personal), now is the time to start thinking about how our devices and social media are affecting our attention, mental wellbeing and sleep.
Below you can find the links to summary docs that occompanied the talk. If you’re interested in having a live session for your own pension fund, please reach out to sarah.parkin@linklaters.com

A quick fix to get nice video on your smartphone or tablet is to add a Moment Tele lens. You need a case or a bracket as well as the lens.
Hannah Lewis’ video kit. Not a cheap setup, but in case you’re interested:
Camera body only
Pancake lens (to get blurred background, which is called a ‘bokeh’ effect)
LED lights
Much cheaper softbox lights. These do take up a lot of room however.
The video recorder. Using this video encoder allows you to turn your regular camera into a live streaming camera. So if you already have a camera at home, you might be able to use that with this piece of kit.
Microphone to add to improve the sound to your camera, pc, or smartphone.
